TLDR: Order one item from a product category and receive free returns and exchanges (excluding final sale items). Orders of two or more items are not eligible for free returns and exchanges, and applicable fees will apply. (US orders only)

Details: If this is your first time trying any product category, order one and try it risk-free. If it doesn't fit, use our self-service app for 30 days for immediate and easy support. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

All underwear is considered one product category. If you need help finding your size or fit, please ask!

The First Outfit Guarantee applies to US orders only and excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and territories. All international orders are covered by the Sustainable Return Guarantee.
