US Shipping

Contiguous 48 States:

Orders under $64 → $3.98

Orders over $65 → Free

Orders ship within approximately 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), typically within 3-8 days to the lower 48 states. In rare cases where an item is out of stock at our US warehouse, we may ship from the nearest international warehouse (free of charge, of course). In these cases, assuming there are no customs delays, your order can arrive within 5-8 business days.

Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau): Shipping is a flat rate of $15. We strive to ensure every customer receives their order on time, but customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may experience delays of up to four weeks.

U.S. Military Post Office: All orders are charged a flat rate of $10. Thank you for your service!

International Shipping

No matter where you are, we'll deliver your products to you.

Canada: Standard shipping is charged a flat rate of $20. Orders to Canada typically arrive within 1-2 weeks. Please note that due to reduced capacity and staffing at some courier companies due to the pandemic, some packages may take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Our courier partners will deliver your package as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience.

Australia and New Zealand: Standard shipping is charged a flat rate of $45. Orders to Australia or New Zealand typically arrive within 2-4 weeks.

All other international orders (excluding the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand) are charged a standard shipping fee of $20. International orders typically arrive within 2-4 weeks. Please note that due to reduced capacity and staffing at some courier companies due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some packages may take 6-9 weeks to arrive. Our courier partners will deliver your package as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience.

International Shipping Customs

While international orders are uncommon, import duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. All Citizens cannot predict or control customs fees, as these are imposed by the destination country once the order arrives. All Citizens is not responsible for any taxes and/or duties incurred by the destination country. Since all orders are shipped using the "Delivered Duty Unpaid" (DDU) method, any restrictions, duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
